How to Categorize Websites and Apps? The Classification Menu

FlexyTime calculates your teams’ productivity according to the way you classify apps and websites. FlexyTime offers a default value for most sites with its AI-based classification algorithm. If you choose to change it, you can click the actions button.
Always on mode: If FlexyTime does not detect any activity by your teammates, it automatically considers that time idle. But if you choose an app or website as “Always on”, FlexyTime will assume you are using the program even though there is no activity. Use this mode very sparingly and mainly for Zoom and meeting apps.
Note about Youtube: Every Youtube channel has a category. You can categorize a category and all the releveant Youtube channels will be categorized accordingly. This makes your categorization effort way easier.
