Introduction to FlexyTime

FlexyTime is an automatic time-tracking software with a specific focus on privacy and productivity. Most time trackers are either very manual or just employee monitoring software. However, monitoring your team members doesn't help you to increase productivity. It just creates resentment among your team members.

With FlexyTime, you can achieve productivity and respect your team's privacy.

- FlexyTime records all the apps and websites visited by your team. However, as an administrator, you can only view the domain names visited. Only your team member can view the whole URL.

- All the recorded apps and websites are categorized into three types: An activity is either productive, unproductive, or meeting. Accordingly, FlexyTime calculates productivity scores in real-time.

- With FlexyTime, you can be sure everyone starts working punctually. This creates an office-like discipline even though your team works remotely. 

- FlexyTime also measures employee welfare. So you can spot team members who burn out or are distracted way too often. This helps you to retain your talented people.
